Andrea Csollány studied Mannheim piano, music theory and listener's drawing in the college of music; postgraduate studies followed in Mannheim (piano), Bern (composition with Dimitri Terzakis), Cologne and Karlsruhe (with Wolfgang Rihm).
Since 1986 she informs in the Städt. Music school of Mannheim piano and music theory, since 1993 in the Mannheimer college of music auditory education and arrangement and is active with the newspaper "Mannheimer Morgen" as a concert reviewer.
She received several prices and was often performed at home and abroad. Their work list encloses meanwhile more than 60 works for the most different occupations.
